“Home of Great Leaders” Batac City is named as such because it served as the hometown of the most significant leaders in the Philippines. Some of them are the former President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos; the founder of the Philippine Independent Church, Gregorio Aglipay; and the “Father of the Philippine Army”, Gen.
